We will invest our own equity in real estate development projects, and in both stabilized and not yet stabilized real estate assets across numerous asset classes including multi-family, industrial, student housing and mixed-use projects where the sponsor has a proven development record.
Equity Investments in Going Concerns
We selectively invest in the equity or preferred equity of established businesses run by management with a proven track record, and which have a high potential for incremental growth.
